Registration in the KPO Database for potential suppliers

KPO’s procurements activities are performed in compliance with the approved Tender Procedures and Final Production Sharing Agreement (FPSA) provisions.

Procurement is carried out on a competitive basis by means of tendering exercises which maintain the principles of competitiveness, objectiveness and confidentiality.

The companies who are pre-qualified and included in the KPO Vendor Development and Qualification Database can be invited to tender.

Vendor registration process

In order to be registered in the KPO Vendor Database the following actions need to be taken by a potential vendor:

1. To complete in the Vendor Assessment Questionnaire (VAQ) and send it along with copies of the required documents;
2. To complete the Ethical Due Diligence Questionnaire (EDDQ) and send it along with copies of the required documents;
3. Fill in applicable version of the Certificate of Corporate Ownership & Compliance (CCoC):
   • Certificate for Resident Companies to be filled in by resident companies registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
   • Certificate for Non-Resident Companies to be filled in only by non-resident companies registered outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.
     
     Note: In case where a resident company has a foreign legal entity among its founding members, Certificate for Non-Resident Companies is to be filled in regard to such foreign legal entity.

Questionnaires and Certificates are to be completed in full compliance with Instruction for сompletion listed inside the VAQ, EDDQ and CCoC documents.
