Aiming to comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning Local Content development and to create an environment enabling the development of non-extractive industries by encouraging domestic suppliers of goods, works and services to increase the production of competitive goods and services, KPO discloses its annual, medium and long term contract plans for purchase of goods, services and works.

Annual, medium and long term contract plans for purchase of goods, services and works combines and integrates KPO Technical Department’s Contract Plans. This is the tool to achieve the desired award dates and to consolidate contractual strategies best matching future KPO business needs.

Annual Plan for purchase of goods, services and works compiled by the subsurface user determines nomenclatures and volumes of goods, work and services, methods and timing for procurement of those for one calendar year;

Medium Term Plan for purchase of goods, services and works compiled by the subsurface user determines nomenclatures and volumes of goods, works and services, methods and timing for procurement of those for a period of up to three years;

Long Term Plan for purchase of goods, services and works compiled by the subsurface user determines nomenclatures and volumes of goods, work and services, methods and timing for procurement of them for a period of up to ten years or until the end of the validity of the contract.
