AKSAI, West Kazakhstan Oblast, April 24th, 2025 – Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. (KPO) took part in the spring community cleanup in Aksai, contributing to the city’s improvement and environmental protection.
This year, KPO employees cleaned areas along Zheleznodorozhnaya Street – from Nauryz Street to Druzhby Narodov Street – removing household waste, deadwood, last year’s foliage, and sanitary pruning of trees was also carried out. Approximately 5 tons of waste were collected and removed, with around 70 employees participating.
KPO’s involvement in the cleanup once again highlights the company’s commitment to environmental protection, responsibility to local community, and its ongoing efforts to foster a culture of environmental awareness.
