Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. (KPO) announces on search for training candidates to participate at professional development program on «Oil and Gas Production Operator».
Entry requirements:
- Higher or secondary technical education (in «Oil and Gas»);
- Current registration in West Kazakhstan region for last 12 months;
- Republic of Kazakhstan Citizenship;
- Age up to 32 years, as the aim of the programme is to develop and employ University and College graduates who have no professional experience;
- Motivation to study on the programme and work in KPO upon its successful completion.
Candidates who meet the requirements will go through a complex selection process which consists of several stages (tests) and an interview. Dates of the tests and interviews will be communicated to the candidates individually.
The documents shall be submitted to kpograduates@kpo.kz with the subject «Oil and Gas Production Operator» from 01/08/2022 — 15/08/2022.
The first 150 applicants who provide the entire package of documents and meet all above requirements will be invited for testing. The testing invitation with date, time and venue will be sent to email in your CV.
Up to 22 trainees will be selected for the development program. The applications to participate in the program will be considered only if the full package of specified documents is provided.
The following documents shall be provided to take part in the selection:
- CV (specifying valid email address and mobile phone number);
- Copy of your ID;
- Screenshot from e-gov portal confirming registration in the WKO (with the date of registration);
- Copy of Diploma with the Official Academic Transcript.
The professional development programme will be conducted in Aksai. The programme envisages a six-day study schedule with the minimum duration of 10 months. Trainees will receive a monthly allowance during the program.
Upon successful completion of the programme trainees will be awarded the certificates and may be offered an employment in KPO.
