 | Marco Marsili Marco Marsili has over twenty-five years of extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, cultivating a robust technical and operational background alongside versatile commercial and management skills through diverse global assignments. |
 | Mukhtar Mankeyev Mukhtar Mankeyev has extensive managerial experience, having held not only various Director but also Governor positions in his career, representing state authorities. He possesses a Master’s degree in Business Administration from abroad, in addition to also holding an engineering degree from West Kazakhstan University. |
 | Nicola Allegro Nicola has almost 15 years of global leadership experience in the oil and gas industry. He joined ENI in 2007 as a Production Engineer and his last assignment prior to the current appointment was ENI Malta Branch General Manager & Libya and Malta Operations Division Manager, ENI North Africa (ENINA), Tripoli, Libya. He has worked in various countries worldwide including Libya, Indonesia, Egypt, Nigeria, Italy and Kazakhstan. From 2016 to 2021 he held the positions of Operations Technical Manager and Field Operations Manager in KPO. |
 | Arsen Trumov Arsen brings extensive experience in gas commercialization and marketing within Kazakhstan’s oil and gas sector, having held key roles at Shell Kazakhstan, GE Kazakhstan, and Schlumberger. Throughout his career, he has successfully led gas projects, managed key stakeholder relationships, and developed export strategies for major fields, including Karachaganak and Kashagan. |
 | Drew Weaver Drew brings over 25 years of international experience in the Upstream sector, with expertise in Business Finance, Project Finance and Governance, Risk and Assurance. Throughout his career, he has held key roles in various countries, including Iraq, the Netherlands, India, and Kazakhstan. |
 | Andrea Sacchi Andrea has been with Eni since 2007 and brings over 25 years of international leadership experience across Italy, Egypt, Angola, and Kazakhstan. He is already well-acquainted with KPO, having previously served as Financial Controller and Finance Director from 2011 to 2015. |
 | Christophe Seguin Christophe brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in Human Resources & People Services. He has held senior positions within Eni HQ and its subsidiaries since 2004, most recently serving as Corporate Services Director in Algeria. His career spans multiple international assignments in Europe and Africa where he developed strong expertise in organizational development, talent management, and strategic business partnering. |
 | Pedro Fernandes Pinto Marques Pedro has 13 years of experience in leadership roles in Legal sphere in international companies. He joined Eni in 2013 as a Legal Manager and his last assignment prior to the current appointment was Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs, Eni Iraq B.V. He has worked in various countries worldwide including Angola, Iraq and Mozambique. |
 | Norbert Jallais Norbert has more than 20 years of experience in HSE. He has a Mastere Specialized Degree in Environment Engineering and Management. Norbert has been working with Eni since 2006 covering the position of HSE & Sustainability Manager in various countries, mainly in Africa. He held a number of managerial positions in international companies such as ERM, ENI, NAOC, etc. Prior to his appointment at KPO, Norbert held the position of HSE Corporate Division Manager at NAOC in Port-Harcourt, an Eni’s subsidiary in Nigeria. |
 | Elisa Valgimigli Elisa has been with ENI since 2007. Prior to this appointment, she served as Development Project Manager for the Cassiopea Project at Enimed SpA in Gela, Italy. She has held various management positions in Italy, Iraq, the UAE, Australia, China, and the UK, gaining extensive international experience in project management and business development. |
 | Dos Santos Silvestre Carlos Antonio Carlos has been with Shell since 1996 and brings over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has extensive knowledge of safety, supply chain, and logistics, gained through a wide range of strategic, technical, and operational roles. His experience spans managing high-risk operations in Downstream Supply & Distribution, Upstream, and Integrated Gas across various countries. Prior to joining KPO, Carlos held the position of Supply Chain Delivery Manager / Logistics Centre of Excellence Manager in Qatar. |
