KPO has published its Sustainability Report for the year of 2022. This is our fifteenth Report and the reporting year coincides with the 25th anniversary of the signing of the FPSA. In this document, we disclose our performance over the reporting period through the prism of three pillars of sustainable development: social, environmental, and economic.
The report also presents the highlights of our current operation and the development plans looking forward, our management and energy transition approaches, as well as social projects, environmental initiatives, and economic partnerships, implemented through engagement with various stakeholder groups.
The future is coming today, and today we are witnessing the outcomes of the decisions made 25 years ago. Compliance with the principles of sustainable development has been and remains our «license» for the further development of Karachaganak because, in addition to subsoil use, we place a fundamental emphasis on contributing to society development.
The Report has been prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards, which set an international benchmark for sustainability reporting.
