Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. (KPO) announces on search for training candidates to participate at professional development program in the speciality «Oil and Gas Production Operator».
ABOUT THE PROGRAMM
The development programme will be conducted in Aksai. This program will have a six-day study schedule with a minimum duration of 10 months. Trainees will receive a monthly allowance during the program.
Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will receive certificates and be considered for employment at KPO.
To be eligible for the program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a higher or secondary technical education degree («Oil and gas», «Development of oil and gas fields», «Operation of oil and gas fields», «Oil and gas processing technology», «Installation and operation of gas supply equipment and systems», «Petroleum engineering», «Geology», «Drilling oil and gas wells»);
- Have been registered in the West Kazakhstan region for the last 12 months;
- Be a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Be under the age of 32, as the program aims to develop and employ graduates of universities and colleges with no professional experience;
- Demonstrate motivation to participate in the program and work for KPO upon its completion.
To take part in the selection, candidates must provide the following documents:
- CV (specifying a valid email address and mobile phone number);
- Copy of their ID;
- Screenshot from eGov portal confirming registration in the WKO (with surname and the date of registration);
- Copy of Diploma with the Official Academic Transcript.
SUBMISSION TIMEFRAME AND FORM
- Candidates must submit the required documents to kpograduates@kpo.kz within the period of 05/08/2024 — 23/08/2024 with the subject line «Oil and Gas Production Operator»
- All documents must be submitted within ONE e-mail as one file/package;
- Email subject shall contain the program title «Oil and Gas Production Operator».
TESTING AND SELECTION PROCESS
Candidates who meet the requirements will undergo a thorough selection process consisting of multiple stages (tests) and an interview.
The first 225 applicants who provide the complete set of required documents and meet all the above-mentioned requirements will be invited for testing.
The specific dates for the tests and interviews will be communicated to each candidate individually. An invitation for testing that includes the date, time, and venue will be sent to the email address provided in their CV.
Out of the applicants who pass the testing, only 25 trainees will be selected to participate in the development program.
Only applications that include a complete package of the required documents will be considered for participation in the selection process.
