In the beginning of January on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium sea terminal in the Yuzhnaya Ozereevka village near Novorossiysk city (Russia) the 300th tanker was shipped carrying Karachaganak crude

Karachaganak Petroleum Operating performs the transportation of hydrocarbons using the 635-kilometre Karachaganak – Bolshoi Chagan – Atyrau export pipeline. The pipeline is connected with the Caspian Pipeline Consortium system in Atyrau, which provides an opportunity for the Karachaganak oil to go to the world market. KPO has supplied oil to the CPC system from 2004, and today, the company is the second largest CPC supplier in Kazakhstan after Tengizchevroil.
